Ruger American Predator

I predict that the 6.5 creedmoor being offered in the RAR lineup will boost the cartridge's popularity considerably.

It's the first time this cartridge has been offered in a sub-$400 rifle that I know of.

This is dead on IMO. Up until now, for people on a budget or someone trying to just see if long range shooting is for them, their only choice was 308. Now everyone who has read about the 260 cal bullets at long range, can give it a go for a lot less money.

Well, if you consider that 243 brass, 7-08 brass, and 308 brass are all 260 brass potentially, the brass supply for the 260 should be practically endless. As for which caliber is best, I do believe that they are pretty much equal. I happen to have a 260, and I'm really fond of it. I'm sure I'd be equally as happy with a 6.5 Creedmore.

No sir. Look at what is in stock. Out of stock does you very little good. The point I am making is Hornaday is not getting behind on the Creed. They are keepin up with demand.
Ammo 8 to 4 in favor or .260.
Brass 3 to 2 in favor of Creed.
I personally dont give a rip, flip, or tater chip about factory loaded ammo.:D
