Revolver good for training with DA?

the mechanics are completely different. if you pay really close attention youll see it.

Now heres something to ponder, not all brands of da/sa semi automatics work the same way. and the semi auto matcis dont work the same was as a revovler does.

and snap caps wont help completely. on my revolver i can easily stage the da when the gun is unloaded. but when loaded i dont get anytelltell signs of where the trigger is in the cycle due to the loaded rounds.

Dry firing the DA handgun ...even if its a DA/SA gun ....at home ..is by far your best option.

I shoot a lot of DA revolvers...( all S&W's ) ...and it may help a little / but buy the revolver, if you like the revolver, not as a substitute for training with the semi-auto. A .22 revolver won't give you any recoil...so its a bad idea ...unless you really want the .22 revolver....( a K, L or N frame S&W in .357 Mag would be better training guns if you go the revolver route ).
