Remington nylon 77

Hello everyone I recently got a old 22 from my dad I did some research and it's a Remington nylon 77 from 1971 and as I was looking at it I found out it was missing some pieces the whole magazine assembly (as in the clip and all the stuff that holds it in ). I had purchased what I believe to be all the parts I need to repair it but I have no idea on how to put it all back together . If anyone has a video or pictures or anything that can help please email me. Royhopkinsjr@outlook.com

Not sure how far apart it is but it can be VERY difficult to re-assemble if the springs and pins have been removed from the innards. If it's just the "action cover" removed, then no problem. Search the internet for schematics which may help you.

My older Son took his 66 apart and couldn't re-assemble it. I finally got it back together with the help of an NRA assembly guide and a lot of foul language. I assure you, he still remembers that process 20 years later.

The foul language always helps relieve some stress. :D

It is one of the reasons I have a handyman install things like kitchen facet replacements.... I just don't fit under there and something always seems to not work the way it is supposed to.

There is a Nylon Owner's Group that has dang near comprehensive information on their site...
google away!! kind of hard to miss ;)
