Remington Model 700 VS SF II?

I am very interested in the Remington Model 700 Sendero SF II then i saw the Remington Model 700 VS SF II and it caught my attention. I would be interested in purchasing the 22-250 Remington for them coyotes and small game. I have hunted small game all my life with a 223. Remington but it isn't my rifle so i want my own and this is a really nice rifle and i prefer the 22-250 because of its speed. What do you think of this rifle?
 
Great ball for varmits, and I firmly belive in the remington 700. Budddy just got a 700 sendaro bench rifle in 300 rum and i love shooting it. dont do too much varmit hunting cept when they walk out then the 7mm hits em.
 
I have the older VSSF model in .223 and it consistently shoots less than 1MOA, and with some ammo it is close to .5MOA. Nicely made, good trigger, and accurate...My only suggestion is to look at a .223 instead of a .22-250 unless you are really reaching out there while hunting.
 
VS SF II and Sendero SF II are IMO the best built rifles Remington is building. Most other models are not as good as older production. Not the case with these.

I have a VS SF II in 22-250 and it is a joy.

Don’t bother getting this rifle in 223, it is a long range rifle so why not get a long range round for it? 22-250 or 220 swift is the only way to go in my book. If you want to plink all day and put 6000 rounds through it then this would not be the rifle you are looking for IMHO.

Only thing I can say is the ambidextrous palm swell took a little getting used to, if you have small hands you may find the swell a little too large and uncomfortable, I have reasonable sized hands and the grip still feels quite large for me. Once you get used to it though it is quite nice.
