Remington Core-Lokt ammo poor built quality?

Yeah, my thought was (poor) hand reloads that had been placed back into a factory box.

I've never heard of a "sealed" or "glued" Rem box, or nearly anybody's box for that matter, just tucked type flaps.

Whole thing sounds suspicious.

Ammo is supposed to be a non-returnable item at most stores. I bought a couple boxes at WALMART one day and in the one box, about five of the rounds had scratches on the brass. It looked as if somebody cycled them through a gun. I pulled the bullets on those and capped off the primers for the brass. I was a little leery of shooting them. Who knows, maybe someone went hunting the first time, shot at nothing, and then brought them back for a refund.
