My go to gun is a 760 carbine in 308....topped with a Leupold 3x9 compact scope....Very handy and accurate....
 
Great guns. I took my first deer with a 760 in .30-06; belonged to my father in law. I now have a .308 Carbine in the safe with a Leupold 4X on it. Just put a Timney 870 Trigger Fix kit into it that improved the trigger tremendously. Plan to hang onto the gun for a long time.
 
Remington pump action rifles are immensly popular with Pennsylvania hunters. I should know because I live here. These rifles are sturdy and accurate with plenty of downrange energy for bear hunting.

My older 760 in .243 is amazingly accurate. This antelope buck was taken at approx 275 yards. Bullet struck precisely where I was aiming.

Own both 760 & 7600 great hunting rifles,My 270 will shoot 1'' moa with box ammo,better than that with hand loads that is plenty good enough for me.:D
