Remington 1100 will hold 3 Estate Shells, but only 2 Winchester Shells

The installation of "3 shot plug" limits the total capacity of the shotgun.
That is one shell in the chamber and no more than two shells in the magazine

The magazine capacity of a standard 12 gauge Model 1100 is 4 rounds, without the plug. Add one in the chamber for the total of 5. There are numerous model variations that are different.

OP, your pics didn't show up for me.

Generally using Google as a photo host is a bad idea for forum use. I don't know why but it is.

This really isn’t helpful but shotguns sometimes behave oddly. I have a shotgun with an extended tube that runs 100% great, but it still baffles me why it will fit 9 3” shells or 9 2&3/4” shells. I was really hoping for the 10+1 with the shorter shells.
