Rem Golden Bullet "New and Improved"

I have a 225 rd brick of the "new and improved" golden bullets, I've been using them to dispatch raccoons on my trapping line. About one in ten gives a weak report and fails to do much if any damage to the critter.. I keep checking the barrel (so far no blockages) and whack him with the next round in the cylinder. The weak ones sound like a subsonic. The consistency is not impressive at all. I wish I could find the ammo I used to use that was at least consistent..

Sorry to tell you, but got bucket for $55.00. Springerville, AZ. This a one off because I had bought several. 22 guns and got them at cost.

I never had any trouble with Golden Bullets. It's the several yellow plastic boxes of T22 "target" ammo that I bought for 2x or 3x more money than GB's that had about a 10% failure rate. Yes 10%.
