Recoil starting to hurt more...older

I'm 51 and have the first signs of arthritis in my left, non shooting hand.
I shoot 2 .44 spl revolvers, a F/A .357 and a Glock 29 w/.40 conversion.
I find the Glock more comfortable to shoot and shoot it more accurately than my three fine revolvers.
 
It hurts to shoot...

I'm 72 and have no problem with heavy handguns.
You might want to get a shooting glove.
The problem I am having is my body mass has shifted and it hurts like the
devel to shoot my 30-06. Next time out, I will take a PAST recoil buffer.
