The Bill of Rights is a document of brilliance, a document of wisdom, and it is the ultimate law, spoken or not, for the very concept of a society that holds liberty above the desire for ever greater power. -Me

The rubber jacket Algore is wearing is the olive drab version of the modern wet weather top. The muzzle brake on the rifle is a plastic muzzle cap like the one my squad leader uses on no-ammo field exercises to keep dirt from getting into the barrel. And if he's in Vietnam, I bet that rubber jacket is HOT. Those things are unbearable even if it's the least bit muggy outside. And what is that wad on top of his ruck? Is that a sleeping bag? That's a GREAT way to carry it, so it gets rained on and gets all muddy. Where the hell's his web gear? Not even a pistol belt. No wonder he has to have his canteen on his ruck. (Have a hard time reaching it there, wouldn't he?)

So, lets review. He's wearing a jacket that wasn't issued until after the Vietnam war ended, he's got a plastic cap on his rifle, he's got no web gear, no ammo pouches, only one canteen, (that looks like a modern plastic canteen, too), a WINTER sleeping bag improperly carried, and he's wearing a boonie hat. Now, I know that sometimes, troops are allowed to wear boonie hats. I've seen it in pics from 'Nam, and pics from Desert Storm. But...

The picture is fake-ola. Embarrassingly fake. Flaming fake.

The illustrious Al Gore Jr. wouldn't lie, you all must be crazy, seen any black helicoptors lately ? Well, if I was a sheeple that's what I'd say. This picture is so fabricated that it is literally shocking that they would have the guts to release it. Obviously there was little to no research or even the slightest attempt to cover it's true nature. It's a sad statement as to how stupid they think the amerikan publik is, unfortunately they're probably right.

never said it did....

I've seen that photo dozens of times and the blatant inconsistencies that James Wellborn and others point out are so obvious that I'm shocked I never noticed them before. My only rational excuse is that the man so disgusts me that my brain just shuts down any unnecessary input out of self defense.

Am I mistaken or is there not even a magazine in that weapon?

A bit off the subject, but I couldn't resist-
I didn't even know that they taught divinity
at the University of Tennesee? Being a lifetime UT fan that is certainly news to me; as is the fact that the scum bag
Al Whore (typo) claims he attended such a great facility!!! :D They can't seem to find
his name anywhere on past register's??? :p

Anyone else notice that his weapon is on "semi"? (semi-automatic). He doesn't even have enough sense to keep it on "safe"! People like him cause accidental discharges.
