Ran across a very nice K31, wondering about fair prices

During WW II, numerous combatant aircraft entered Swiss airspace. Usually as single aircraft, not squadrons. The Swiss Air Force was pretty effective at either driving them off, or forcing them to land (where the crew was interned). Shooting them down was a last resort, but it also happened.

This did lead to some "regrettable" incidents, particularly late in the war with US fighter planes. The Swiss generally flew German made Messerschmitt Me109s. And while the Swiss planes were marked with a WHITE cross, not a black one, often all our pilots saw was a German plane with a cross on it.

The only real gripe I ever had with the K31 is personal, I found the wrist of the stock to be too thick for me to be comfortable shooting in the style I was accustomed to. It cramped my hand. An easy enough thing to overcome on the range, but still a nuisance, for me.
