Purchasing a 12g Shotgun

actually, now that I've read more and more. Im thinking of getting a compstock, Im gonna shy away from a pistol grip on the 590 I think. But I need to focus on getting the gun. Im gonna try and go in there today if I have time.

Make sure the gun balances well for you as well. My first pump was an 870 express with a 6+1 capacity and polymer stock. It felt very front heavy for a defensive shotgun.

I found an old 870P with the standard 4+1 magazine and wood furniture. Man, what a difference. It's my go-to end of the world gun. It'll eat any size of shell and was already broken in for me by a nice police officer a decade ago:D

I've never fired one, but I spent a good half an hour getting familiar with it. it didn't seem too front heavy with the 9 round. though, i can see that being that the receiver is aluminum... I guess we'll see :) Im pretty excited to go buy the gun today ( if i have time )
