Protect the Supreme Court

It was Eisenhower who said he made two big mistakes as President and they
were both sitting on the Supreme Court. And I think the times is right for a
Constutional Amendment that gives the People the Power to recall Supreme
Court justices and Federal judges. And we should require candidates for the
Presidency and both houses of Congress to publicly read the Constitution and
then ask them if they understand, specifically Article III, Section 2 Paragraph
2, Sentence 2 which reads:
"In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have
appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

So the very people who won't even vote are going to practice "civil disobedience"?

Okay, now I am confused. Which people are not going to vote? I will not vote for all of the Dem candidates and most of the Republicans, but I will vote for someone.

I was referring to another thread where a vast majority of the Ron Paul supporters said they would not vote unless their candidate is on the ticket. This is dangerous as we need to make sure we give the Dems a real battle...
