Back & forth on uniforms again. I remember when we put sailors in coat & tie uniforms. Only, we forgot to give them some place to hang them up rather than crumple them up under their rack. Nothing looked worse than a sailor on liberty looking like he was wearing a wrinkled sack of p**p.
At least with the sailor suit, it could be rolled up and still look presentable when it came out from under a rack or out of a seabag.
It bothers me that in this day of readiness problems the new CNO's priorities are uniforms.
