I keep coming back to Shippers. Not only is a long time mob-buster (certainly appropriate) he also has no respect for the spinelessrepublicans in the senate who caved in to Clinton's threats, intimidations, media spin. If you haven't read his book, Sellout!, I'd suggest it. The reason? The same people who gave us the senate's sterling performance during impeachment are also in charge of the senate now and will be the people who go nose to nose with the democrats. I think the democrats will roll the republicans for the next 2 years.
