PMR 30's in stock

It costs about the same (or a bit more) to a 9mm

^This.

The only problem is that the only USED ones I've seen for sale were offered over the past couple of years at $200+ above the manufactuer's suggested retail price. I suspect it'll be a long time before you find many used ones, and darned few that cheap.

I've seen two used PMR's at the local pawn shop last year, a private seller was asking $900 for the first one, it didn't last a week. The second one was marked $700, it too was gone within the week. I'm gonna be honest here, I bought mine (for a lot less than $700) because I thought a pistol that held 30 in the mag was too cool to pass up. I do enjoy the pistol, it comes with pretty nice sights, trigger, and shoots well, but if it only had a 10 round capacity I'd probably look for something else, I'm just sayin.

I got mine at the local show a year or so ago for $450 NIB, and was happy to pay it. The show is normally a two pass operation for me. First to scout and second to buy. This time I bought as soon as I saw it. The dealer said that all six that he brought sold in the first hour. A guy came up whilst I was filling forms and cussed a bit when he heard that they were all sold by the time he retraced his steps. Moral of the story: if you see something you want at a reasonable price, buy it. If it ain't dirt common, it may be gone to the next guy. FWIW I let anyone interested shoot mine when I'm at the range. The general shooter's reaction could be described as surprised pleasure.

I have thought about picking up one as well but I too am in the used gun club so my wait will be a while. Anyone have any problems with rimlock?
