Tommy Gun: Best of Luck to you. As a former resident of Broward County FL during those days prior to the state CCW law, I've seen many such law suits.

In anti-gun jurisdictions, it always works best when you can establish a job related, professional necessity for having a CCW ... otherwise it will be a long battle with little chance of success. Hope for the best!
