Please help: What to do with my dirty ammo

Update. out of 30 rounds attempted to fire, only 15 went bang, but they didnt do so with full force, and i couldnt see where they went on paper.

So it was all a bust. HOWEVER

the nice people at thesportsmansguide owned up to their bad product and are taking steps to refund me my money. hopefully

Your not the first, but you'd already bought them, so I said nothing.

You could tumble it, walnut shell media in a vibratory tumbler. I've tumbled hundreds of loaded rounds, mostly .223, to remove the lube from the cases after loading.

If you get another batch like that, I am with NavyLT on the cleaning method.

its ok. they're all going in a box that is duct taped multiple times over and being sent back to the sportsmanguide. from now on, i'm only buying federal or monarch

Even still....by law no returns in NJ once you buy it its on you... A company might reimburse you but we cannot take any ammunition back into the store once someone has payed for it. Same thing with powder...

Sometimes I picture NJ legislators sitting in a room strewn with empty beer bottles laughing hysterically as they come up with hilarious new gun laws.
