the rifle i was issued in basic had a ton of play between the upper and lower receivers and was not accurate (I actually failed to qualify on one iteration 
which has not happened since) that said that rifle had a lot of other issues so i cant really attribute the inaccuracy to play in the receiver. The wobble/rattle was very annoying though.
