Pet load for 9mm

I loaded up 50 of the HS6/6.1g/115fmj yesterday and tried them out. I ran 25 through my Sig P-250 and 25 through my hammer-fired LC9 (yes I like crappy triggers). Put all 50 shots into a 6" circle at 7yrds standing off hand.

All cycled well, one primer failed (WSP), and all of the shells went into orbit. I did find them all.

My notes say; No pressure signs/cycled well/VERY accurate!!!!

YMMV so work your loads up!

My favorite is 4/7gr of Unique behind 115gr Berry's RN plated. Federal primers preferred but I use the same load for CCI and Winchester primers. I forget the OAL off hand, around 1.15". I think.

I see a couple of similar loads here.

Xtreme 115 gr RN copper clad bullets
4.3 gr Titegroup
CCI or Federal primers
1.125 OAL

about $.12/shot. They shoot good in all of my 9mms

Pet 9mm loads

115gr FMJ RN, 4.5gr HP38/W231, 1.125 OAL

Works fine in my CZ75, MP Shield, MP 9, and never an issue.

I use CCI SPP's.

:)

My go to load in 115gr fmj is a 9mm fmj hollowbase (Winchester or Everglades ammo.com) and 4.5gr bullseye seated to 1.145. Clean, super accurate.

New to reloading would love some help please

Hi guys I'm new to reloading and I've done lots of reading just the other day I made my first set of ammo I don't think it was as good as it should have been so I adjusted the amount of powder and tried again but the cases come out real black on one side of the case after I shoot them I thought that it might have been that I didn't put enough of a crimp on them and now I'm asking for some advise I have a FNH 9mm in the long slid so it's a 5" barrel I've Been using win brass with cci#500 primers and I used CFE powder 4.9 grains what am I not seeing any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks my email is seanolson14@hotmail.com thanks for the help
