i tried loading my m40 magazines with 9mm, and it doesnt like 'em. they sit too high and it would only afford 2 extra rounds. plus when removing the rounds, they liked to come out in pairs.

Okay, so no M40 mags in the M9.

I went ahead and bought the M9 from www.cdnninvestments.com today. Interestingly, they offered me an extra mag for $24.99. Earlier in the week, I thought they said they were out. Confusing. The guy said they had about 200+ of the M9 pistols left, but were selling them at a rate of 10 per day, so the last new ones will be gone by the end of next month, most likely.
