Ha, ha, ha eighteen responses on painting a front sight---and i thought my problems are big!

For me, the solution was to go from a 642 to a 342 that has a pinned sight which I swapped for an XS big dot.

I went to where my wife gets her make-up and got iridescent white nail polish.
It glows slightly in the dark. Not enough to give me away, but enough for me to sight on.
