It's easy to forget stuff like that since:
a) the series ended about 9-10 years ago, and;
b) JTR was a walking armory - it was hard to say from page to page what he might pull out of some heretofore unknown pocket/scabbard/sheath/musset bag...

a) the series ended about 9-10 years ago, and;
