EnochGale, I too have frequently seen things out of the corner of my eye but never long enough to identify it the way that you have.
quote:
Originally posted by EnochGale: ... if I hear howling and chains, I ain't going into the basement to check it with a Glock 21 and a Surefire in Harries position. I don't know about ghosts or the supernatural but things tend to fall down a lot in my house. I had a long day -- the little one didn't go to bed until past 3 in the morning and I had to been at work by 8am so when I got home, I decided to take a little nap while the baby and the wife were napping away. Didn't bother to set the house alarm because the activation beep is loud and might have woke the baby up which would have meant no nap for me.
After about 10 minutes in bed, just as that nice comfortable sleepy feeling starts to set in, I heard a loud bang/boom. Realzing that the alarm was off and that the sound came from inside the house, I tumbled out of bed, grabbed my S&W5906 and head out to investigate first checking all the door entry ways and then doing a room by room check. Turns out there was a fairly large size doll sitting the on the top shelf of a book case and it fell onto the floor. That makes two things in the course of a week.
Again, I'm not saying these are supernatural in nature but it sure is a little strange. What bothers me most is that I might get use to these noise and ignore something that I shouldn't.
