Only One Choice 22 Lr

OUCH

That is a tough one. It all depends on what I wanted to do, though I would guess it would be my S&W Model 17. I like the 10 shots and it dosent have a clip to loose. It is a very accurate revolver and is just plain fun to shoot.

I have several 22's that is why I say it would be hard to choose.

Gotta keep my SportKing 3 barrel set.:D

Ruger Mk. II Target

It was my first gun, and I have no regrets.

It is reliable, accurate, and has great lines & pointability.

Now, you're asking in the General Handgun forum, so that is my vote. However, if I could only have one 22, it would be a rifle. (Ruger 77/22)

I'd say, Ruger's Mark III, 5.5" bull barrel, stainless. But Ruger's Single Six, 6.5" stainless looks like it will last forever. Both are accurate as well.

Kewl, this was a tough choice for sure. I have a MkI and a bearcat that are a hoot to shoot too...hard to beat .22s for fun guns.:D

This is kind of a tough one.
I'm almost inclined to go revolver...

But then again.... I've always liked the Ruger MKIIs.
I guess I'll have to go with the one on top for now:

I wanted one of these Rugers for quite a while before I found this little beauty. Now, thanks to tsprice82 and his two posts, I have it!
Thanks again, buddy! :)

I sort recently went this this same thing. I sat down and decided to get one good .22 pistol and thought through all the ones I had owned in the past.

I chose to get a Browning Buckmark Camper as my one .22 pistol.

Jim, you just may have a point with the FA '97 .... I forgot about that gun as it is out of my price range ... But if I had only one .... Good choose!!!!
