One Handgun

S&W Model 19, .357 Mag.

OR

S&W Model 28., .357 Mag.

Beware the man with the S&W .357 Mag.
Chances are he knows how to use it.

I hope I never have to make that decision, but I have had to whittle my collection down to only one before and it was the Springfield Armory 1911 I've owned for 10 years and carried concealed for the past 4 years:

If I had to do it again (shudder) it would either be it or the Springfield Armory Champion I'm having customised to take over concealed carry duty.

Victor, have you shot the 66 yet? I've had mine for several years and IMHO, the 3" barrel is the best handling pistol I have employed. Works very well in a high riding holster and is concealable.
If I could only have one handgun, the 66 would be it.

Greetings All, Damn good topic and even better response's. As much as I love my
semi-auto's(and in particular Sig's); my
vote would have to rest with a "wheel gun".
With that said, I shall cast my vote for
the Smith & Wesson Model 28, also. For me,
it's just something very charming about this
weapon; abeit with either a 4" or 6" tube.

Easy,

Glock 21. That way I have 47 rounds of .45 ACP at my disposal. Two 13 round magazines, and two ten rounders (plus one in the chamber). As a bonus, my G21 is pinpoint accurate so I probably won't need more than 5 of the rounds.

THIS IS AN EVIL GAME I WILL NOT PLAY.

Only one gun...are you crazy?

(Which of your children would you turn over to the Nazi's if you had to choose?)

That is how I view this question.

:-)
