Once you have your revolver needs met, how do you proceed?

After your carry, hunting, and range guns what do go for? The best deal or Bucket list guns?

I"m always on the look out for 3 in. J- frames and 45 Colts, other than that the deal comes into play. How do ya'll do it ?

Have you ever gone to the animal shelter, and noticed one puppy with big sad eyes just says "give me a home."

Same way with gun shops.

I buy every handgun or rifle that tickles my fancy, up to the limit of what my bank account will allow. In the last four months I have purchased two Rock Island 1911's and a Colt 1991-A1 . Also an early S&W Model 29 no dash and a 629 Classic. Now I am really broke, but very happy.

Oh, and a couple Springfield 1903's, (a well known weakness of mine).

I find after a while there is always another gun that I "need". Give it some time and you will realize there is another niche you need filled too.

4" S&W K-frames are my current goal. I still want an M-15 to match my M-18, and a pencil-barrel Model 10. Oh, and if a nice fixed-sight L-frame turns up for a reasonable price, it may get serious consideration. And some day I will get an N-frame .357 (could have had one already, but passed on it for a new bicycle instead).

Oh, it's just an addiction. At least it's cheaper than motorcycles and car racing! ;)

What to do now? Sit down at the load bench and start stacking up ammo to shoot.

Sounds like you still have many niches to fill. Sniper rifle, shtf rifle, extra copies of guns you have for spares & loaners, shotgun, extra pistols, and the list goes on. Right now, you have the foundation of a collection, start stacking them up! :)

After you have everything you need.... for me, its only Bucket List guns that interest me....

I'm not saying I don't pick up an occasional gun because its too good a deal to pass up ...because everyone likes a deal !! - but I try and stick to things that might eventually be the start of a collection for the grandkids, a gift for someone, etc....

I've been lucky....my bucket list is full....
