This is what I did instead of a mobile table, just 2" OD tube that plugs into a rear mounted receiver and yes it's a huge time saver. At least until I had a range in my backyard.
Black and Decker workmate benches are not a bad choice, check Craigslist in your area.
As for your email questions you will want a tool head for each set of dies, so you can keep them together and set. Extra powder measures are nice but can get expensive and not really necessary. You can get just the dies the measure clamps to and the 650 and 550 already came with two bars each. At that point it's two minutes to swap over to another tool head and move the measure from one to another and swap in a previously adjusted powder bar.

You didn't ask but if your going from 223 to 308 to 40, that's changing primer sizes, there is no progressive that is faster to convert from small to large and back as the 550 but the trick is to not do it the way Dillon intended you to.
