I clearly wrote 1939 . The point being that it was TOO LATE !! BTW Poland was not invaded until Sept. 1st , 1939 . Leaving Poland in 1937 has no significance as far as escaping tyranny .
 
You're right, everything was absolutely 100% perfect all the way up to the morning of 1 September, 1939.
 
We once had a Governor in Texas named Ann Richards who thought the good citizens of Texas were not smart enough to decide the issue of concealed carry so she put it down. Next thing you know she is pushing Doritos in a redesigned on TV with Mario Cuomo in Jan of 1995.

That is what you need to do with the politicians if you want changes. Every once in a while there is a fly in the ointment tho... Like Rick "I am so Gorgeous" Perry staying in office while 61% of the voters voted against him.
 
I believe that "private citizens" should be able to do anything cops can do, at least as far as gun rights are concerned...but then, I can also spell "response." :)
