NY Gov. Wants my DNA

They aren't getting my DNA, and especially not without a warrant. It's my physical property, and it's copyright 1956, all rights reserved.

Bruce, if that crap passes, find a way to give them your dog's DNA (I don't want to know how you do it) in your place.
 
Human DNA vs gun DNA. What's the diff???? In both cases the human or the human who is registered to suspect gun (intended sequence) is PRESUMED guilty until proven innocent. I'm an old fashioned kinda guy and I would feel much better if the state had to prove that I was guilty of an infraction rather that have me prove I am innocent. Notice the burden of proof shifts from the accuser to the accused.

I am convinced that the technology is in place to make Amerika the most thoroughgoing totalitarian government the world has ever seen. The only thing standing between us and a totalitarian regime is what is left of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Those of us in this forum are worried about the Second Amendment. Wake up and smell the coffee. All of it is under assult. The Second Amendment is merely a trial assult.
