What is funny to me is that I have discussed this at the nursing homes. The WWII vets are none too friendly to R&Rs that restrict them in any way. I have donated pipes, given pipe tobacco and cartons of cigarettes as gifts. Those old vets light up when they care to, when they care to and woe to anyone who tries to interfere. They will tell you that they fought for freedom. I smoke, I drink when I can afford to and I enjoy eating. I own firearms. I can still go and buy a SUV from International if I want. This is the USA. Land of the free. The power is NOT the state, it IS the peoples' will. I hope that never changes.
