Going out on a limb, my predictions:

7-2 : The Right to Keep arms is an Individual Right.
6-3 : D.C. codes are an infringement of that Right.
6-3 : Reasonable regulation does not inringe upon the Right.
5-4 : No established criteria of scrutiny.

We could hear on the 16th, the 19th or the 23rd.

Dave, I suspect that if that's what it takes for CJ Roberts to get a solid majority onboard, then that is what will happen.
