NJ cops and the P7--whats the deal?

Don't forget, New Jersey is the state that:
- Lead the fight to have a national 55 MPH speed limit.
- Forbids self-service gas pumps
- Prohibits left turns in major intersections
- Forbids restaurants from serving eggs that are not cooked all the way through

With such restrictive legislation, what does this say about NJ voters?

Well .. you have to understand the make up of NJ. The northen part of NJ might just well be the 6'th borough of NY , with many people working and voting with NY standards. Then further south you have a few poorer areas around Newark and Union and so on, which also tend to vote Dem for a variety of reasons. However, the far north (Sussex) and the southern half of NJ are fairly conservative areas, with lots of guns, lots of hunting, and fairly pleasent place to live.

Unfortunatly the conservative areas are less populated and thus have a lesser impact on the political makeup.

Lochaber, stuck in NJ.
