there is a thread about favorite game recipies a little while back.Lots of good eating, but if you ever get any deer burger try this.

1 lb deer meat
1 lb mild sausage
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worsteshire sauce
1/2 sleeve of crackers
mix all this together and roll out meatballs

while they are frying in a pan take out your crockpot, turn on high and add these ingredients

2 bottles of heinz cocktail sause 12 ounzes each
1 cup grape jelly
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
when jelly reduces into sause with no lumps, add meatballs and cook on high for about 30 minutes.
when they are done cooking you can cut some hogie rolls in half and add meatballs with some fresh grated provalone or mozzarello cheese and eat.

Who's hungry:D

1)tenderize
2)marinate over night in your choice
3)grill
4)eat some delicious meat

Im a twenty some guy and the longest i can wait to cook meat after its been in my kitchen is over night. Im also not looking to reinact a cooking channel show with fifteen steps:confused:. This is how i do it and it tastes great. I've tried everything from lemon pepper to carribean jerk marinades. Another one that ive tried is sort of pulled venison.

1)tenderize the crap out of it
2)bottle of bbq and half bottle of honey in crock pot
3)add meat leave on low all day
by the time you get off work it will be fallin apart and perfect for a good ole sammie:D. i like to invent my own ways to cook. im also poor. tuna and ramon noodles is a regular in my kitchen.
