New York City "Premise Permit"

I must say that I live in The Great State of Michigan. We are and hopefully always will be a shall issue state. Wish ALL states were like Vermont though.
 
I'd take NYC laws any day...

...because here in Chicago, that city's laws look positively liberal by comparison. No handguns allowed in the city of Chicago unless you owned them before 1979 and they're "registered." Long guns are still permitted...for now.
