I think H4895 would have been a good choice for all three if your .30-30 bullets were jacketed. But with lead, you'll want something faster. 4350 is a great powder for .30-06 and not a bad choice for .308 and .243, especially with heavier bullets. It is significantly too slow for the lower pressure, higher expansion ratio .30-30 firing lead, which you don't want to try to drive too fast without some in-depth knowledge of lead bullets and the alloys yours are made from. You'll want nothing slower than 3031 for that and 4198 would likely be better for lead loads for hunting. For plinking, even faster powders are often used. 9 grains of Unique makes a good youth load for light target practice with it shooting lead bullets.
