New patriots 2nd amendment flag

dZ, I like the first one, too. I think it's fine. If I had done it, it would likely have said something like, "Bite me then feel MY teeth!" You get the drift.

To the punctuation-nuts in here:: I'm one, too, but a flag will allow for literary and grammatical license. However, always keep in mind that there has recently been some debate about how many commas are used in the 2nd Amendment.

Me and my ainglish deggree stike agin!

dz,

I like the idea of the flag saying simply, "Don't Tread On Me" or "Don't Tread On Our 2nd Amendment Rights." Since the Liberty Teeth quote is probably bogus anyway, could you please make a version of the flag for us guys that like it saying "Don't Tread On Me?" With the banner at the top and with the snake holding the rifle, I think people will get the idea of what it is all about.

Thanks,
Joe

Allllriiightt!!!

Where can I buy one? About 48" x 34", in nylon for longivity.

I've been doing preliminary planning for a big front yard makeover in ~18 months. It would of course involve a flag pole. I wonder what the neighbors would think about one of these flying with the Stars and Stripes?

------------------
The ultimate purpose of gun control is to render people incapable of the ultimate form of protest and resistance to tyranny.

The banner gives the impression of the 2nd amendment being the only or, at least, primary liberty of concern. Though we know that it IS the teeth which defend the rest of our liberties, I think that the flag would be fine without the banner. The rattlesnake and battle rifle would then be viewed as defending "liberty" which is inclusive of ALL our liberties.

Further observations: Replace the AR-15 with an old musket. It would say the same thing without carrying modern pyschological baggage. Anything newer than the revolutionary war muskets would become obviously dated as the decades slide by. Whereas the old muskets are ageless because they were the originals. Check out the minuteman on the new Massachusetts quarters (How did they get such a nowadays politically incorrect image past the liberals in a gun-banning state like Massachusetts is a miracle!)

Hey dz!

As you know I put your flag at the top of my Second Amendment forum. What you might not know, is that 2 or 3 people would like to order flags and a whole bunch more people want Tee-shirts already.
