Is the new health care stuff going to affect people to CCW at hospitals? are hospitals going to be "government buildings" now?

Please forgive my ignorance.
 
I'm not sure what "new health care stuff" you're describing, but I know of no legislation that will declare hospitals government buildings. Could you be more specific?
 
I believe hes referring to Obamacare and "The Government Takeover of Healthcare." The government isn't taking over healthcare, therefor the buildings will remain with the same owners they have now.
