New Guns

What did I buy this year? Hmm, let's see..

Chinese Norinco M59 Makarov (at a gunshow)
Glock 19
Glock 26
Glock 22
Taurus 606 2" .357
NAA Guardian
NAA Mini .22 WMR
Beretta Tomcat 3032

....and looking for another one tonight. There's a tempting SIG P229 in .40 at a pawnshop nearby, barely used for $430. I might just pick it up after work.

I am trying hard to meet Clinton's "One-Gun-a-month club" obligations. So far I am ahead of schedule.

if one of those fancy lil snubby wheelguns in some exotic or stainless metal comes out in 45 acp I'll be making an emergency trip to the gunshop.

Come on if they and make a 5 shot 44 special they can make a 45 and a spring steel full moon clip right??

Dr.Rob

Still want to buy a new long gun in a dangerous game caliber.

I was at the local Emporium the other day and the dealer gave me a new Taurus Ti .357 mag to look at. I must say it may get a spot on the list

. I was pretty impressed with the quality. Seemed like a well built handgun

I'm with Dr. Rob...Super exotic metal lightweight .45 ACP wheel gun...let's say 5 shot cylinder, 2 1/4" barrel, full moon clips, fixed sights, Hogue finger grip, bobbed hammer, buttery smooth double action...*Drool* THAT would DEFINATELY be my next piece!!

But if not that, there's plenty of others that I "must have!

So far I've bought a Kel-Tec P-32 with the chrome slide and a Kimber Custom Combat Carry with night sights. I now have my sights set on a Glock 30 .45acp to go with my Glock 21.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL POLICE, KEEP THEM INDEPENDENT.

Being doing good so far to keep up with the "one gun a month law"
smile.gif
And a revision to the law if I may, any major purchase made to further your gun collecting hobby or shooting sports counts as being one gun a month law abiding. For instance, reloader or safe should count towards the one gun a month quota. Anyways, I make that motion; if its seconded and passed, good.

One gun a week;

If you will please tell me how to make enough money to pay my bills and buy one gun a week, I would surely be glad to oblige.

I have been wracking my brain for weeks as to how I can make extra money just to go towards guns.

DaHaMac, To be able to buy one gun a week you may try starting your own business. Expect to put in between 60 and 80 hours a week (maybe more) for around twenty years or so. If everything goes right you will be making several hundred thousand dollars a year. Give the federal government 39.6 percent of that and say another 20 percent to county and local governments. This will leave you roughly 40 percent. If you are making $250,000 per year this still leaves you $100,000 to play with. One gun a week at an average cost of $500 dollars will only cost you $26,000 per year leaving you a balance of $74,000 to spend on living expenses like alimony, child support, booze, mistress, etc.

I like it, I like it

especailly the living expenses. Heck, I thought that ammo, cleaning suppplies, and reloading stuff was the daily necessities. Working on the business thing, just got to find the right product or service to sell.
