New Deer limit proposal? HUH

I live in a one deer state, that's one deer per season unless you win a second tag in a lottery. I feel the need to kick the cat after reading this thread.

Come up North, we're crawling with deer. I could fill a 24 doe limit without leaving my backyard if my neighbors were more understanding about gunfire. All my friends got as many deer as they wanted last season.

Maybe there's something going on down in southern IN? Nut trees got killer bugs or CDW or something?

Population up here is super-huge. It's a problem in a lot of areas.

I actually concidered that. Have a friend with property in Greene county(i think) They go down to a small camp shoot one deer each year. But they only want it for jerky and deer sticks.

Maybe I will try to find a small lease up that way. But then again, you are closer to obama land maybe they feel safer up there:) Down here we are crawling with redneck-city folks. :D

How far north are you? I am 30 miles north of Louisville
