new CZ 75b

Well, I took her out to the range today. I saw that I need a lot of practice. I'm not sure how I'm going to improve, but I'm going to read up some more and see if some of the old fogies at the range want to help me out. I saw a guy popping the bull out at 7 yards 3 times in a row with a 1911.
The gun was a real pleasure to fire. I like the trigger a lot. There's a huge difference between the DA trigger and the SA trigger. The SA is very light though, which is a good thing.
The grips have positively got to go. The "thumbrest" on the right side made it very hard to get a decent grip on the gun. I'm going to get the Hogues when I get paid next week.
Adios.

Get your extra 15 round mags NOW!!!

Some of the aftermarkets ain't bad, but I don't know how long candy store will remain open.

I got an extra factory with gun, and paid $50 for a used factory grip at gun shop. Cheaper than Dirt's $15 aftermarkets seem to work fine, as well.

R6<~Keeping an eye on Blarney and Bandit!

  I just re-read my last post and must clarify the last statement. I'm glad the info on the CZ helped.. NOT that cropping the picture helped... well... it coulda been misconstrued... :D

Hey Bandit, they dont seem to make that holster specificaly for the CZ so which model did you get? As for me I have the Houge rubber grips and Beretta 92 DeSantis M87 holster that seem to work.
Not that I can carry were I live, but works fine for range practice.

Yes, they do make a holster specifically for the CZ, their new website just doesn't list it in the "customize" option box. If you look on their site again, you'll notice they don't even list the holsters made for the 1911???

Email them or give them a call. I ordered mine and in two weeks it was received... They've got some kinks to work out with the new web design :D
