Got out again today. Still smiling about how fun this thing is.

I guess I need to try some different ammo. But I don’t see anything else being better. And it’s plentiful right now, so I will probably buy up enough to last me for a long time.

A while back a Super K-mart had a Walmart build a super WM right across the street. In less than a year the K-mart had a liquidation sale. My wife wanted to and look for sewing stuff so I went with her. I decided to check out the sporting goods. Most of the good stuff was gone but there was some ammo. I came home with 24 boxes of 170 gr. Winchester Power Point 30-30 ammo, 4 or 5 boxes of 180 gr. Winchester .308 power point and 3 boxes of 30-06. I cleaned them out of all they had. The 30-30 was $4.00 a box, .308 $5.00 a box and $6.00 a box for the 30-06.
Sometime I get lucky. Still have 21 boxes of the 30-30 but the .308 and 06 have been shot.
