Hmm. It looks almost like a Saiga with a mag well, a BHO, and a bolt release button.

Also, it's interesting that everyone was messing in their pants about the Akdal MKA 1919, but this one is scorned by everyone.

I don't think this is an awful gun or anything like that. I would, however, suggest you check out the (now extremely popular since the TV show "Sons of Guns") outfit Red Jacket Firearms. They do some great shotguns in "the spirit" of what you have picked here- from .410 on up, "AK-style", suppressed, folding stock or even a crazy looking but manageable little 12 gauge almost-handgun. You are sure to find something there up your alley if you like the gun in this youtube.
Personally, I'm more inclined toward the classic looks and feels. I will say that watching "Sons of Guns" and checking out Red Jacket's site has very much impressed me in general- but specifically in regard to these shotguns such as their extremely popular "AK-style" and the small, folding stock tacticals as well. One thing you can be sure of is excellent quality and attention to detail. When a guy decides to make guns because (in his words) "they weren't making stuff well enough for me" ... it makes one at least want to see if he really did achieve a level of quality that such a statement indicates. It seems he and his excellent employees have done just that.

AND THEY LOVE SHOTGUNS.

The gun in the Video is a Saiga 12 SBS with tons of plastic on it to hide what it really is. And the company in the video got a bad mark on there name on the Saiga forums. Because when He put up that 20 round drum right there was a dead give away what it was. The Wrath maker 20 round drum is a over priced door stop.
