Negligent powder mixing

Discard it.

Assuming you could mix it thoroughly and load load it safely (which there is no guarantee), there's no way it will be very consistent. At that point you're wasting other components shooting inconsistent ammo. What's the point? Bullets are much more expensive than powder.
 
If, after 2 pages of hello no, you're not convinced here's a suggestion:

Buy a Ransom Rest
Buy a portable shooting table
Buy a ball of twine
Go to the woods
Set up rest on table
Use the string to remote fire the pistol from 100 feet with one of your custom loads

Repeat until you are satisfied you aren't going to blow up your pistol and hand. It should only take a few hundred rounds to get maximum randomization of data, assuming you were able to randomize the granule distribution of the 2 powders. If you're not able to do that, then it will take the entire combined lot to randomize the data.

I'd be willing to bet the fire trail or fertilizer option is cheaper than the above alternative.
