A pox on you kilo! Because of your stubborn resistance to making a valk bolt gun--I took the first steps and bought a 6.8 savage bolt head and bought a sacrificial axis at Walmart for $180.;)

On second thought, while ordering a barrel, I stumbled upon a 6mm BR ready to go instead of waiting 3 or 4 months. Danger Will Robinson.

That looks very nice--I have a 110 LRH in 338 lapua magnum and it's a great gun. I think I saw somewhere Mossberg makes a wood stock rifle in 224 valk at about the same price--might be worth a look.

There is literally no universe where I would buy a Mossberg over a comparitively priced Savage

LOL; sorry bout that. I have a 375 ruger patriot in walnut laminate marinetech barrel which I bought for $475 when they came out with it, awesome rifle IMO. Mossberg dropped it for some reason.
