Instructor for a ccw class a few years ago asked what our first action was after shooting someone in our house. As an ex M.P. i asked if the neighbors heard the shot, she asked what that had to do with it.My reply if no one heard get out the plastic sheeting and duct tape and haul him down to the river. The proper response was call the police and paramedics, but i still think that out of sight out of mind is better. This we'll defend.

I'd be the guy they catch trying to covertly dispose of the body and spend the balance of my life in prison.

Good story.

IMO if you try to mug/kill/attack me then all your crap, including your life, now belongs to me. I'll decide which ones you get to keep.

I liked it, thanks for posting.

And once again...I didn't realize that complete removal of the sense of humor was required to be here.

Not appreciating the advocacy of violent criminal acts and other felonies in no way indicates a removal of ones sense of humor.

Seriously Dude,

You and your buddy larvatus need to get off my ass. You didn't find it funny, I got that. I and many others did, and the facetiousness of mugging the mugger is part of the humor. Sorry you are so morally superior that the humor of that escapes you both.

My advice, get looser underwear, maybe have an adult beverage and chill the hell out. Or better yet, if you don't like the topic move on to something really funny....like telling people how to break the law and hide their guns if confiscation happens. Golly I haven't seen a bit of outrage there. But maybe when you seriously discuss breaking the law that's okay and jokes are simply wrong.

I actually found that a few weeks ago in a Craigslist.com posting under Rants and Raves in my hometown of Scranton PA, so if someone found it somewhere else i highly doubt it is true, funny none the less.

I never addressed your anatomy, only your opinions. If that is where you keep them, consider a less sensitive location.

Wow! You made an attempt at humor. Its a shame that you have to try and prove how superior you are with every post. A poor self esteem is truly sad.

I find it strange that anyone would take Internet goings-on personally, especially if in doing so one lacks the courage to sign his screeds with his given name. That is the only kind of superiority I claim over an anonymous troll.

Okay ya got me there. Good one. Perhaps your need for recognition on this insignificant medium speaks volumes about you. Which is it by the way? Not something I should take seriously? Or should I take it so seriously that I have to post my name, address, employer, college I graduated from and my mom's middle name?

Dude, get off your pompous butt and get over yourself. This started as a joke topic and you have turned it into the Spanish Inquisition. All the while saying that it is nothing more than the internet.

Why won't you address the question of being morally outraged at the facetiousness of mugging a mugger while remaining mum on people advocating burying guns, or sinking them in a lake, or lieing and saying they were stolen if gun bans and confiscation occurs? One is a joke and the other is deadly serious. To chastize over this topic and remain silent on actual planning of felonies seems hypocritical.

The Spanish Inquisition questioned heretics. I questioned an expression of opinion. There is a difference.

Because I choose not to. Freedom of expression warrants freedom of abstention.

Then your intent here is clear. You are a pot stirrer looking for nothing but an internet fight. You can't answer my question because it proves your hypocrisy.

The joke was funny and you sir are pathetic.

Have a nice day.

Being mugged by your government calls for a response different from that warranted by being mugged by a fellow citizen. Proper responses to gun bans and confiscation range from civil disobedience to armed insurrection.

Ah, so discussing and planning actual felonies on a public forum is okay, even when you identify yourself by your real name, but laughing at the ridiculousness of a joke about mugging a mugger is irresponsible and unfunny...

Personally if I were contemplating a felony, especially against my government, the last place I would discuss it is on an internet forum.
