Got my new (to me)Walther! :D :D :D
(Thanks, Oleg!)
I love it! I keep it on me when I'm home. Now, I'm not afraid to leave the bedroom window open when I'm in the front room.
Also, I never used to ride my bike on the bike trails around here, because they wind through trees and rivers and there are too many places for the freaks to hide and "ambush" me. (Yes, I'm pretty paranoid...but alive ;)). And I wouldn't take my son camping alone, either. Now I can, and if some freak comes up to me and asks, "Are you all alone out here, honey?" I can say, "No, sir. I'm here with a friend!" :D
It's nice and small and easy to shoot! Eight smilies is not enought! :) :)

Very nice indeed. Funny, my wife and I refer to her Walther P5c as her "friend". Fits well into any conversation or audience.

Enjoy that pistol. Be sure to shoot at least 200 rounds of any ammunition you plan to deem as "defensive" in order to prove its reliability.

Be safe.

What a Cutie... nice handgun, too! Best thing seems to be your confidence of security. Funny how a gun'll do that. Congrat's CindyH!
Another smile for you. :D
anodes.

Looks good. I showed the pic to co-workers and one said "I have been to Colorado Springs and it was a lovely town". To that, I said "because rapists and other predators get early retirement handed to them by folks like Cindy" :D

Congrats CindyH! Enjoy it, but don't let Kajun Jake get his paws on it!

Always nice to see a smile. Please keep us posted on how it feels at the range. Now then you guys should know better than to hit on a Moderator's woman :) I mean For Shame :)

Nice gun, congrats! For some reason, that photo reminds me of when I bought my nickel-finished Browning BDA380 a dozen and a half years ago -- whatever. Enjoy, FUD
