My first group --- (it works!)

Really nice shooting. I looks like you are not flinching.

I have one thought from looking at your group. The barrel may be touching the stock near the end of the stock. As it heats it will cause vertical stringing as shown. See if you can run a dollar bill between the stock and barrel. This will yell you if it's touching.
If not that is still pretty good. Have fun with shooting, you are off to a good start. A lot better than my first effort.

That's excellent shooting with iron sights!

You may want to consider either a red-dot sight or low-powered scope like a 1-5X, which has zero to 5 power. Even at 1X, it will put both target/game and sights on the same focal plane, regardless of lighting conditions, or buck fever.

People have problems with open rear sights when hunting and either can't see them well in dim light, or look right over them and put the front sight on the animal, shooting well over the deer. Several people I know have done that.

By having the only two things to line up, the reticle and the critter, accuracy in all conditions is enhanced tremendously. You won't notice any shake when shooting at game with a low-powered scope. When practicing, concentrate on the center of the target, not the reticle and you'll shake less and shoot easier. Your peripheral vision will allow you to move the reticle toward the aiming point without problems.

Have fun! Oh, by the way, 125 grain rounds are for varmints, and not suitable for deer-sized game, but recoil much less than 180 grain rounds, enhancing accuracy when practicing. Just don't forget to re-zero before hunting season.

The reason I asked about clean or dirty barrel is that many rifles shoot much better on a slightly dirty barrel. Benchrest shooters will waste half a dozen or so rounds before shooting fora group. These shots are called "fouling shots". If you don't reload, that can be expensive. The better solution for a hunter is to not clean your barrel after a range trip (no, it won't hurt your rifle). My hunting rifles get really cleaned once each year before rechecking zero on the scope. After that, it gets only a single dry patch each day that I shoot it.
