Price and size were definitely a consideration for me buying my BG. I wanted something on par with an LCP. I also liked the DAO so for me the heavier trigger was something I knew I was going to have going in, which I didn't mind being that I started shooting revolvers. Granted the revolvers have heavy pulls but the actual pull is much nicer. I would rate racking the slide much easier than an LCP and a splash of white nail polish was a nice addition to the stock sights. The glock, at least around me is overpriced for what it is
