Pocket gun and accurate
are generally considered to be an oxymoron, but when you stipulate the '10 yards or less', it's a pretty reasonable proposition. The real issue is, what do you consider 'pocket' sized?
Lots of good suggestions. Most of the revolvers are bigger than the HP-22, FEG's, Beretta, in one dimension or another, maybe all in the case of the Beretta.
The M21 Beretta is usually considered a belly gun, but inside 10 yards it hits where you point it just fine. Sights leave a bit to be desired. It isn't too expensive, and it is a true pocket gun.
I only own two .22lr pistols these days, one of which is the M21, but I wouldn't take it along. I'd rather take the Walther P22. I'm not saying it's my recommendation for you though. It's on the wrong end of the size continuum for a true pocket gun, but it is fairly light, way more accurate than required (even with the 3.4" barrel), and not outrageously expensive ($230-$270).
I once owned a High Standard revo in .22 mag. Not too bad. 9 shots, but it was as big as some small .38's. I guess it's the size that is the real hangup in what you seek. I've never shot a KelTec 32, but it is definitely a pocket size gun, even with the extended mag. Very light. (I looked at/held an aquaintance's). I think it would have some recoil, but practice cures that. Again, fairly rudimentary sights, but most pocket guns suffer in this regard, due to the fact that better sights don't help you pulling one out of your pocket fast.
I'd spend some time at the store, looking at some of the suggestions. Like I said, your reasonability regarding accurate range puts a number of guns on your table, so to speak.
